No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Property Code to provide requirements regarding the operation of certain condominium unit owners' associations which are not governmental entities.
The bill would require a county clerk to file a management certificate in the real property records of the county under the specified label and organize the certificates in a manner that is easily accessible and searchable by the public.
