HB2095 by Thompson, Senfronia (Relating to the regulation of barbering and cosmetology; authorizing fees.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of barbering and cosmetology, removing the requirements for a shampoo and artificial hairpiece specialty certificate. 

Based on information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
