No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 1702 of the Occupations Code relating to waivers and grants of credit for the requirements to obtain certain private security licenses to individuals with acceptable experience gained during service in the United States armed forces. It is assumed that implementing the provisions of the bill can be absorbed within the existing resources of the agency. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
