No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Water Code to require the Water Conservation Advisory Council to evaluate new technologies to potentially include in the existing Water Conservation Best Practices Guide. Under provisions of the bill, the new technologies to be evaluated would include agricultural and landscaping irrigation, plumbing retrofits, and hydraulic shock-prevention systems. No significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
