No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Agriculture Code requiring each county judge in the state or the judge's designee to proceed with the dissolution of all wind erosion conservation districts. Under provisions of the bill, implementation would fall to units of local government and no fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
