IN RE:
HB2276 by Crownover (Relating to notice of residential services available for persons with intellectual disabilities. ), As Passed 2nd House
No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would require the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) to provide each person inquiring about residential services for persons with intellectual disabilities with a pamphlet or similar information about any programs and services for which the person is determined to be eligible and the availability of residential services nearest to the person. DADS indicates any cost to implement provisions of the bill are minimal and may be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
