IN RE: | HB2367 by Allen (Relating to discipline of public school students by school bus drivers.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted |
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. School districts may be required to amend the student code of conduct to address behavior on a school bus. The placement of a student with disabilities receiving special education services would be determined by the student's admission, review, and dismissal (ARD) committee.
