No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend Chapter 16 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to winery permit holders' production and bottling requirements. A winery permit holder that fails to comply with the specified requirements could have the permit cancelled, suspended, or an application for a renewal permit denied. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2014.
