No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to the content of certain expert witness reports exchanged between or among parties in workers' compensation contested case hearings.  Based on information provided by the Texas Department of Insurance, the Office of Court Administration, and the State Office of Risk Management, it is assumed that all duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
