HB2664 by Farney (Relating to establishment of open-enrollment charter school campuses under existing charters under certain circumstances without applying for authorization.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would allow charter holders to establish one or more additional open-enrollment charter school campuses without prior authorization from the State Board of Education if each campus operated under the charter meets certain criteria related to student and financial performance specified by the bill.

Local Government Impact

Charter holders would be permitted to establish additional campuses without prior authorization under certain circumstances prescribed by the bill.
