No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require the Supreme Court to promulgate rules and to specify the use of certain forms for use in expedited foreclosure proceedings. The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the Supreme Court or the statewide court system resulting from the bill. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
