The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the purchase of alcoholic beverages by mixed beverage and private club permittees from local distributors. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
