No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill amends the Education Code relating to the authority of the board of regents of the Texas A&M University System to dispose of real property and mineral interests under its jurisdiction.  The bill repeals Section 85.25 (c) and (d) of the Education Code.

Based on information provided by Texas A&M University System, there will be no significant fiscal impact.
