No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would restrict an existing exemption for agriculture uses for excavations relating to notification requirements in Utilities Code, Chapter 251, to only those excavations less than 16 inches.

The Railroad Commission does not expect that passage of the bill would have a significant fiscal impact on the agency.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
