IN RE:
HB3058 by Herrero (Relating to restricting access to records of children convicted of or receiving deferred disposition for certain fine-only misdemeanors.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The Office of Court Administration reported that the bill may result in fewer expunctions (and the associated $30 fee), however fiscal impact to state and local judiciaries are is not expected to be significant.
