No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to provide for landowners rights related to certain wind energy facilities. It is assumed that any costs to the Office of the Attorney General associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
