No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to require the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) to draft a “Wind Energy Generation Landowners Bill of Rights Statement” and make that information available on its website. The OAG indicates that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
