No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Chapter 531 of the Government Code, related to the review of certain administrative hearings conducted by health and human services agencies, including adding a legislative reporting requirement. The Health and Human Services Commission has indicated that any increased workload and cost that may arise from implementing the bill can be absorbed within agency resources.
