No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to require that 25 percent of the residents of all or part of a special district must sign a petition to the commissioners court of the county to extend county enforcement of traffic rules.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
