No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would authorize the interception, with a court order, of wire, oral, or electronic communications in prosecuting all money laundering and felony possession of marihauna offenses after the prosecutor establishes probable cause. 

The Department of Public Safety reported anticipates no fiscal impact as a result of the bill.

The Officer of Court Administrations anticipates no significant fiscal impact to the state judiciary.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
