No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Section 106 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the delivery of alcoholic beverage seller training programs. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
