No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the manufacture of malt beverages, including under alternating brewery proprietorships and contract brewing arrangements. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
