HB3366 by Pitts (Relating to a nonsubstantive correction in the Penal Code.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Penal Code as it relates to a nonsubstantive correction.  Under the provisions of the bill, the reference to the Tax Code would be updated to reflect changes made by previously enacted legislation.

 
The bill would take effect immediately if a two-thirds majority vote in both houses of the Legislature is received. Otherwise, the bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
