HB3415 by Flynn (Relating to driving on an improved shoulder.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Transportation Code to authorize certain slow-moving motor vehicles to drive on the improved shoulder of roads. It is assumed the costs associated with implementing this provision could be absorbed within existing resources. The bill would take effect immediately upon a two-thirds vote of all members of both chambers; otherwise, the bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
