No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) revoke or amend certificates of convenience and necessity (CCN) by customer petition under certain circumstances. Any costs to the TCEQ associated with rule changes resulting from the bill's passage and implementation of the bill's provisions are not expected to be significant and are expected to be absorbed using existing agency resources.
