The bill would amend Chapter 108 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to certain activities for the promotion and marketing of beer. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
