The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the eligibility of certain persons to take an examination for a plumber's license.

Based on information provided by Board of Plumbing Examiners, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
