No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the composition of the structural pest control advisory committee.

The bill would take effect immediately if it received the requisite two-thirds votes of all members elected to each house. Otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
