HB3633 by Canales (Relating to access to personal information about jurors in a criminal trial.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend Code of Criminal Procedure provisions relating to the disclosure of personal juror information under certain limited circumstances. The change in law would apply only to a jury selected on or after the bill's effective date. The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

 

The Office of Court Administration does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact to the court system resulting from the bill.
