No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to requiring the Texas Commission on Fire Protection to conduct a study and prepare a report on administrative attachment.  Based on information provided by the Commission on Fire Protection, any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing staff and resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
