IN RE:	HB3714 by Guerra (Relating to the creation of the small business advisory task force.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would add Chapter 2005 to the Business and Commerce Code relating to the creation of the small business advisory task force.

The bill would take effect immediately with the requisite two-thirds votes of all members elected to each house. Otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
