The bill would amend Chapter 108 of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to promotional items provided by manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors of alcoholic beverages to retailers. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
