No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code relating to certain testing of residential structures.

Based on information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Public Utility Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
