No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Human Resource Code to clarify the membership, duties, and role of the Children's Policy Council, and the administrative support it receives from the health and human services agencies.

The Health and Human Services Commission, Department of Aging and Disability Services, Department of State Health Services, Department of Family and Protective Services, and Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services indicate any costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing agency resources.
