No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the licensing and regulation of military physicians who provide voluntary charity health care. Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, the Health Professions Council, and the Texas Veterans Commission, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
