SB66 by Nelson (Relating to the child fatality review team committee.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code as it relates to the composition of the child fatality review team committee.

The bill would take effect September 1, 2013.

The Department of Family and Protective Services and the Department of State Health Services does not anticipate any significant fiscal impact as a result of complying with the provisions of the bill.


Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
