SB67 by Nelson (Relating to reporting requirements for institutions of higher education conducting human stem cell research.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would require institutions of higher education to report expenditures on human embryonic stem cell research and adult stem cell research to the Higher Education Coordinating Board. The Higher Education Coordinating Board would be required to submit this information to the legislature no later than January 1 of each year. Provisions of the bill would be implemented within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
