IN RE:	SB111 by Lucio (Relating to the designation of Texas Historical Use Buildings.), As Engrossed

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code to add Texas Historical Use Building to the Historical Commission's Historical Marker Program. It is assumed that the Historical Commission would need to update agency rules and guidelines; however, it is anticipated the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State and could be absorbed within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
