No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the occupational licensing of members of the military and spouses of members of the military.

Based on the information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulaton, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
