No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the prescription and pharmaceutical substitution of biological products. Based on information provided by the Board of Pharmacy, it is assumed that the provisions of the bill could be implemented by utilizing existing agency resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
