No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Local Government Code to require municipalities and counties to adopt infrastructure standards requiring at least two means of ingress and egress for use by emergency vehicles during evacuations for residential subdivisions that are subdivided into 1,000 or more lots in the unincorporated area of a county.
