No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the dispensation of aesthetic pharmaceuticals by physicians and therapeutic optometrists. 

Based on information provided by the Texas Medical Board, the Optometry Board and the Board of Pharmacy, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
