SB227 by Williams (Relating to the dispensation of aesthetic pharmaceuticals by physicians.), As Introduced

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the dispensation of aesthetic pharmaceuticals by physicians.  The bill would require the Texas Medical Board to adopt rules by March 1, 2014.


Based on the information provided by the Texas Medical Board and the Board of Pharmacy, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
