No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the eligibility requirements for certain occupational licenses issued to applicants with military experience.

Based on the information provided by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, this analysis assumes that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
