No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill amends the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the sale and production of malt liquor, ale, and beer by brewpub license holders. It is assumed that the estimated increase in revenue would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect immediately upon enactment, assuming that it received the requisite two-thirds majority votes in both houses of the Legislature.Otherwise, it would take effect September 1, 2013.
Local Government Impact
No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
