No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to allow small brewers and beer manufacturers to sell beer and ale to ultimate consumers for consumption on their premises. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
