No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Government Code relating to contested cases held under the Administrative Procedure Act.

Based on information provided by State Office of Administrative Hearings, Department of Insurance, and the Office of Attorney General, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
