No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the sale of distilled spirits to the holder of an industrial permit. The Alcoholic Beverage Commission has determined that the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State. The bill would take effect on September 1, 2013.
