No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the regulation of industrialized housing and buildings.

Based on information provided by Department of Licensing and Regulation, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.  Based on information provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts, it is assumed that an insignificant loss in penalty revenues would be realized with the implementation of the bill.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
