No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Family Code to include dental insurance and dental support as child support medical support that may be court ordered. The Office of the Attorney General has indicated that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
